Pain must not be advertised to receive compassion of pity for it will only weaken your strength to bear your very own sins...

Know that the heart that is sweet will only cover its pains,
will dry their eyes of tears, will swallow the choking of a sob
that may escape and will never allow the shadow of its sorrow to fall upon anyone.

The one that endures pain will be the one
that repays his own doings, without a complaint or
argument and will succeed with this silent sacrifice
by winning the grace of the Lord Almighty!

Pain, O sweet, must not be advertised
to receive the compassion of pity, for it will only
weaken your strength to bear your very own sins.

Even the ones you love the most,
will not be able to take the burdens of your past deeds -
know that, expect less, and forgive them for leaving you all alone to battle and bleed!
