Begin with playing the game
of constantly rejecting every thought.
Each thought that begins
to formulate must, instantly,
be erased by focusing the
mind on perfect purity.
And what can be more pure
than the name of the Lord, Himself?
Remember, each thought that registers
in the mind, will, one day, allow you and
urge you to act upon it. You,
My child, have mentally acted
upon the sin by merely allowing
to complete the evil thought process.
The mind will control you only
as long as you will allow it to be your master.
You have allowed the mind
to control you through several ages,
and believe Me, it will not give up, without a fight.
So be prepared for true hard work,
and master this exercise with sincere effort -
the effort of being thoughtless and allowing the mind to rest.
