When the mind is centred in the Self, there won't be any pain or sufferings of any kind either body or mind..

When the mind is centred in the Self,
there won't be any pain or sufferings of any kind either body or mind.

You will remain in Bliss.

The moment, mind comes away from the Self,
all problems starts hunting us.

Hence the wise way to remain at peace is,
not to come away from your abode, the Self.

One small example: We have seen in the villages,
people use the mortar to pulverise the grains,
be it rice or wheat.

There will be a centre location
where the grains are fed slowly
while rotating the top stone of mortar.

In this process, the grains get displaced from the centre,
and pass through the small gap between the top and bottom stones.
With the rotation of mortar, the grain get pulverised or powdered.

But the grains which are in the centre do not get pulverised.
They remain whole. Hence, hold on to the centre,
if you want to avoid getting inside the mortar stones.

Moreover, the farther you are away from the centre,
the more sufferings you have to undergo. Hence, remain at the centre, i.e., SELF.
