There is a constant pressure
to improve ourselves.
We want to achieve
something in life.
We always compare ourselves
with others – socially, financially and spiritually.
Butwe have limitations.
This causes conflicts within ourselves.
Meditation is accepting both
ourselves and the world around us completely.
However, good or bad. With all
shortcomings and strengths.
That acceptance brings
a certain tranquility to our mind.
That is meditation.
At that point we have no resistance –
we have no thoughts of guilt.
