Meditation is Simple,
if you allow it to Happen!

How do you define meditation?

Meditation is mind watching.
Most of the time we don’t watch
our mind and so we
become a victim of our mind.

Our thoughts become actions
over which we have no control.
When we watch our mind
the thought remains a thought a
nd it does not become an action immediately.

When we meditate,
we have freedom to act on our thoughts.

We can distance ourselves
from our own mind.

The Thoughts drift off and
weaken by day by day regular practice.

A time comes in one's life,
where equipoise state in worldy affairs
becomes more profound and an unknown inner voice,
intuitive power guiding you.

Meditation regularly activates
and balances the inner chakras and
one finds more fulfillingness, authenticity,
totality and fearlessness in one's actions.

This leads to a qualitative change,
an egoless, unselfish actions are just the by products
or fruits of Meditation in the long run......... .

You have to sow the seeds before Harvest.
